ONYEANI UKA NWOSU [BSC.MBA, FCIB, ACIM]

Mr. Nwosu is the chief Executive Officer of LIC RESOURCES AND CONCEPTS LIMITED.
An accomplished banker whose career Span over two decades, having worked in the union bank Group and Intercontinental bank Group. 
While, in union bank he proved his mettle in the following areas; banking operations (domestic and foreign), credit, financial control and Training and Manpower development where he designed and developed training packages that earned him management commendation.
In April 2000, he moved to Union Homes and worked in financial control where he took charge of branch accounts and control. In 2004 he was moved to Head the Lagos central branch to develop business in the area especially the Ultra Modern shopping complex. While in Lagos Central, he drove the branch balance sheet to over a billion marks and the shopping complex achieved full capacity occupation. He left Union Homes Savings and Loans plc in October 2006 as a senior manager to join the management team of intercontinental Homes Savings
and loans plc.

Mr. Nwosu managed most of the branches of intercontinental Homes before his appointment as the Area Business executive in charge of Lagos Mainland Branches where he won and grew beneficial business relationships for the bank.
He was instrumental to the setting up of the Special Assets department of the bank which made tremendous impact on recovery of toxic assets.
Mr. Nwosu was appointed the Group Head Banking and Mortgages an executive management position which exposed him to top strategic functions such as the acting managing Director. He retired from the services of the bank in April 2012 into private business and social services.
This alumnus of Lagos business school attended several executive courses and professional workshops locally and overseas. He is happily married with children.

 

CONSTANCE ONYEANI-NWOSU (MBA, GPHR, FCIB, ACIPM)

Mrs Onyeani-Nwosu is a seasoned professional banker, Human capital expert and a public speaker.

She worked for over two decades in various strategic business units such as Treasury, Financial control, internal control and Human resources. While in human resources department of Fidelity bank, she master minded a lot of innovations in the strategic development of human capital.

Constance has acquired a lot of experience and soft skills through professional trainings within and outsider the country. She is a women leader and philanthropist who have received many awards and certificates for her services to the society; she is an invaluable asset to “LIC RESOURCES AND CONCEPTS LIMITED” both in the board and faculty.

Michael Adighibe is an Accounting Professor and a Coordinator of Accounting Program in the Business Administration Department of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania USA, where he had served for over 25 years. Professor Adighibe has been a financial and management consultant for many companies in the United States for over a decade and has been instrumental to the survival of many companies after the financial meltdown of 2008 and 2009 respectively.

 

Professor Adighibe has published extensively and presented papers in numerous conferences, seminars and workshops in areas of Accounting, Finance, Economics and Management Science. He has co-authored a few books and authored some books of his own. His most recent work: “Factors Influencing Individual Investor Behavior: An Empirical study of the Nigerian Financial Markets, 2015.

Fully knowledgeable in general accounting, payroll, budgeting, and journal entry preparation with adept at implementing innovative accounting practices and procedures to improve efficiency, he is well known for his skills and expertise in contract negotiations. Professor Adighibe is a Certified Cost Analyst and Tax Specialist. He has provided tax advice and solutions to individuals and businesses at Cheyney University Communities for over twenty years.

He is our strategic partner and brings his wealth of knowledge to bear on the team of LIC Resources and Concepts Limited.

 

Ugoji Chijioke Abagwe Esq. [LEGAL ADVISER]

Mr. Ugoji Chijioke Abagwe was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. Prior to his call to Bar he earned both the University of Ife Merit Award for Academic Excellence and the National Merit Award for Academic Excellence in 1982 and 1983 respectively.

A seasoned lawyer and experienced company secretary, Mr. Abagwe has over the years worked for such reputable firms as Eyimofe Atake & Co., Solicitors and Advocates; Dodco Services Limited, the company secretarial and legal advisory arm of D. O. Dafinone & Co., a reputable firm of chartered accountants where he served between 1992 and 1999 and Strachan Partners where he served as an Associate Partner.

Presently, Mr. Abagwe is a Partner in the firm of LA Law Partners & Associates, a fusion of two law firms, namely, Liberty Chambers founded by Mr. Abagwe and Dolapo Lanlehin & Co. founded by Mrs. Dolapo Lanlehin.

 

MR. TIM OVIAWE

Mr. Tim Oviawe, started his professional career as a Systems Analyst in Bendel Feeds and Flour Mills Plc., Edo State, on graduation in Statistics/Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria, in 1984/85, and also an MBA in Technology Management in 1999. Tim, further trained in United Kingdom, with UniSys Computer Education Centre, Milton Keynes, UK, in 1986 from where he joined Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, in 1988 as a Programmer/Analyst. He joined services of Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc as a pioneer staff in 1994 as Head (IT) till 2012, when he left to join LIC RESOURCES AND CONCEPTS LIMITED as I.T CONSULTANT.
Tim trained locally and internationally with notable IT organizations like Infosys Technologies, India, Oracle University, Readings, UK, NCR Inc, USA. He is also a certified Oracle Database Administrator. With over 25 years core technology management capabilities. He is abreast trends on IT issues.
